Complete Platform Usage Guide

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as described below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" — refers to the samemenang.com website, the SameMenang mobile app, and all related services.
• "Member" or "Player" — an individual who has registered and holds a valid account at SameMenang.
• "Account Balance" — the total cash available in a member's account at any given time, excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements.
• "Bonus" — any credits, free cash, free spins, or other benefits granted by SameMenang to members for specific reasons.
• "Rollover" — the wagering requirement that must be fulfilled by a member before a bonus or winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — an identity verification process requiring members to submit valid identification documents.

To register and use the samemenang platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your membership.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition that prevents you from participating in online gambling activities.
• Providing accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration.
• Simply register one account only in your own name. Registration using another person's name, ID, or personal details is strictly prohibited.

SameMenang reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration without providing a reason if there are indications that the information provided is inaccurate or intended to deceive.

• Ensuring your account information — including phone number and email address — is always kept up to date.

SameMenang will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by a member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

The following are strictly prohibited on the SameMenang platform:

• Registering more than one account under the same name or using another person's information.
• Using bot software, automated scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for unauthorized gain.
• Making deposits using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you.
• Using the SameMenang platform for any money laundering or illegal activity financing.
• Disclosing confidential platform information to third parties without written consent from SameMenang.

All content on the SameMenang platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of SameMenang or its licensed content providers.

You are permitted to use the samemenang platform for personal use only. Any attempt to duplicate, redistribute, modify, or exploit platform content for commercial purposes without written consent is prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, SameMenang is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by members as a result of unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as power outages, natural disasters, or third-party cyberattacks.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to an account due to member negligence.
• Actions or failures of third-party service providers such as banks or e-wallet providers.

In circumstances where samemenang's liability cannot be fully excluded, our maximum liability is limited to the amount of your most recent deposit made prior to the claim in question.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team via Live Chat. Before closure, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances first.

SameMenang reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Receipt of instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, samemenang reserves the right to withhold the balance in the account concerned until the investigation is concluded.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration or other appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms.

If any clause in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue to remain in full force and effect, unaffected by the invalidity of that clause.
